I feel fortunate that my company has allowed employees the opportunity to work remote. Sure, we didn’t go full steam when it initially rolled out a couple of years ago. We had a real trickle effect with one to two set days allowing employees to work from home and depending on position; it wasn’t available to all employees. There seems to be a continued surge for its continuum even with news of some companies pulling back or terming remote working.
